Q - What if I schedule a virtual visit and I can't make it. Can I get a refund?
A - Once you have paid and scheduled your Neuro2Go appointment, it is NOT possible for us to provide a refund. Our physicians will set aside time on their daily calendars to address your immediate health concern. Please make sure that you are available at the time you have scheduled.
Q - Can I reschedule a virtual visit?
A - No — It is important that you select a time that fits your schedule. Our physicians provide Neuro2Go encounters on a daily basis. Rescheduling your appointment may disrupt another person’s appointment. Our doctors and patients are grateful for your courtesy in this regard.
Q - Can the doctor prescribe me medication following my telechat?
A - Prescribing medication is a complex decision that is based on your health history, symptoms, and careful clinical assessment. Sometimes this can be done during the Neuro2Go encounter. Other times, a medical evaluation in the form of an office visit— live or TeleHealth — will determine the best course of treatment. Your Neuro2Go physician will make every attempt to ensure that your condition is addressed during your telechat. Your safety and satisfaction are our primary concerns.
Q - If I do not have a smartphone, can a doctor call me on my landline phone?
A - Yes.
Q - Can I schedule a follow-up Neuro2Go with the same doctor to see how I am doing?
A - Absolutely, yes! Our physicians are dedicated to your good health. We look forward to making sure that we have helped you. Think of Neuro2Go as your neurologist on the go — to discuss headaches, pain, and other symptoms as they arise. If your condition is complex, we may recommend a neurologic evaluation and management conducted in one of our offices or via TeleHealth.
Q - If I schedule a follow-up Neuro2Go, will I have to pay again?
A - Yes, each Neuro2Go encounter is $110 prepaid at the time of scheduling. This amount covers the time our physicians spend assessing your specific needs and addressing your care. Luckily, this fee is less than a typical doctor's visit!
Q - If I reside outside of Florida, can I still schedule a Neuro2Go visit?
A - Yes. Our panel of board-certified neurologists is eager to discuss any of your neurology health concerns. Because we are licensed to practice medicine only in Florida, we can implement treatment recommendations only in Florida. If you require a medical evaluation outside of Florida, we will do our best to suggest an appropriate referral for you.

Great for folks who have never been to the neurologist and need up-to-the-minute information. Are you worried about a family member with memory loss, a headache that won't go away, or another neurologic condition? Our neurologists will give you answers and provide next-step recommendations.

Neuro2Go has patients from Miami, Fort Lauderdale, Fort Myers, Delray Beach, Sarasota, Clearwater, St. Augustine, Orlando, Jacksonville, as well as other Florida cities. Our out-of-state patients are from New York City, Atlanta, Houston, Los Angeles, Pheonix, Chicago, Philadelphia, Portland, St. Louis, San Jose, Maryland, Nashville, Charlotte, Las Vegas, Washington, Denver, and others.
You understand that Neuro2Go provides limited access to a neurologist to discuss a specific neurologic condition. This differs from a traditional medical office visit where a patient is evaluated inclusive of a comprehensive medical history and physical examination, often followed by complex medical decision making. Within 24 hours of submitting your request for a Neuro2Go encounter, one of our schedulers will contact you to set up your request.
